Come Out With Pride is a small yet powerful nonprofit primarily managed by our dedicated volunteer Board of Directors. We are firmly committed to purposefully enhancing the diversity and representation within our organizational leadership. In recent years, we have actively included more members from marginalized communities in our highest levels of decision-making. As a result, under the guidance of our Board Members, the Trans & Non-Binary Task Force was established in July of 2023 in direct response to the targeted attacks on the trans community and the current political climate. Our goal is to cultivate inclusive and welcoming experiences for all members of the trans and non-binary community.

Mission Statement
We aim to enhance the representation, visibility, and inclusivity of trans and non-binary individuals within the Central Florida community. This involves empowering local trans and non-binary leaders and establishing an intentional trans-centric collaborative spaces.
Meet the Team
The Trans and Non-Binary Task Force was proudly created by a “for us, by us” leadership model. All decision making is made by COWP Board Members, who are identify as trans or non-binary. Efforts are supported by the whole Come Out With Pride Board of Directors and Executive Director.
