Shea Cutliff [She/Her]

Shea Cutliff is a proud woman of color living a transgender experience. Shea is a fearless fighter and advocate for human rights and dignity. She is the first transgender woman of color on the One Orlando Alliance board- currently serving as Secretary of the board. Shea is founder of RISE Initiative and has helped grant make through her work on the Contigo Fund board. Shea is a certified Business specialist and can regularly be found out and about assisting community members with resume upgrades, credit issues and career advice. Shea joined the board of Come Out With Pride in 2023 with optimism and excitement for the organization’s next chapter. Her proudest endeavor so far with the COWP Board is being co-Director of the Trans and Nonbinary Task Force.
