Position Descriptions
DANCE PARTY
Plan and coordinate an outdoor day and/or evening dance party during the festival. Work with the operations and other committees to determine ideal times and venues, assemble an RFP and work with prospective producers and DJs to bring everything together. Assist with managing ticket registrations, publicizing the event and oversee a volunteer team needed for the event.

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
Organize activations, entertainment and logistics for the kids & family area at the festival, ensuring that attendees of all ages have age-appropriate activities. Assist with communicating family offerings as well as oversee a volunteer team on site.

PRIDE WEEK EVENTS
Help plan and coordinate an events throughout the week of the festival. Assemble an RFPs and work with appropriate committees, prospective producers, vendors and talent to bring everything together. Assist with publicizing the event and oversee a volunteer team needed for the event if needed.

PRIDE RACE
Plan and coordinate a 5K race. Work with the operations and other committees to determine ideal times and venues, assemble an RFP and work with prospective race producers and vendors to bring everything together. Assist with managing ticket registrations, publicizing the event and oversee a volunteer team needed for the event.

SILENT AUCTION
Coordinate a silent auction typically held in conjunction with the yearly gala of our sister organization MBA Orlando, but may also take place at other events prior to the festival. Work with contacting businesses and individuals around the area to request donations as well as possible technology vendors to help manage the auction. Assist with publicizing the event and oversee a volunteer team needed for the event.
