Position Descriptions

EXPERIENTIAL

Work with various teams to ideate and develop smaller activities to happen throughout the festival, ideally incorporating talent and other performances to interact with guests. Coordinate with marketing and social team to schedule planned moments and locations for activities to take place, allowing for an element of fun and surprise that we can capture and promote.

  • Experiential Manager – Filled

MAIN STAGE

Work alongside talent coordinators to assemble a lineup for the main stage, as well as put together a minute-by-minute program to keep stage managers, media and technicians synchronized. Connect with the operations and logistics teams on stage needs, particularly if the main stage is designated to be built as opposed to utilizing the Walt Disney Amphitheater. During the lead-up to and throughout the festival, interface with the stage team to ensure lighting, sound and other aspects proceed as planned.

  • Stage Manager – Filled

RALLY

Assemble a 30-45 minute stage production incorporating multiple community leaders and presentations from members of the Come Out With Pride Production Team. Identify potential local candidates for the Debbie Simmons community service award based on recommendations from Production Team and Board members. Compile a minute-by-minute program to keep stage managers, media and technicians synchronized.

SECOND STAGE

Work alongside talent coordinators to assemble a lineup for the secondary stage, as well as put together a minute-by-minute program to keep stage managers, media and technicians synchronized. Connect with the operations and logistics teams on stage needs, particularly if the secondary stage is designated to be the Walt Disney Amphitheater instead of a separately constructed stage. During the lead-up to and throughout the festival, interface with the stage team to ensure lighting, sound and other aspects proceed as planned.

  • Stage Manager – Filled

TALENT

Based on budgetary considerations set by the Board, seek out and identify potential entertainers and other talent to perform during the festival and other events. Initiate contact with agents and managers then continue to handle negotiations through final contracts. Closer to events, work closely with signed acts to address any requested needs or logistical concerns. Individuals in this role should have prior experience procuring and working with talent.
